This project was for a residential developer who was building apartments in Plymouth and needed help to get planning permission. We used the architect’s CADs to create a virtual 3D model of the building and its environment. We produced a photomontage image to show how the proposed building would look in the context of its surroundings and how it would impact upon its neighbours. We also provided the developer with a set of static images that show the scheme from a variety of different viewpoints to give the planning officers a good indication of how the proposed development will look.
