This photomontage was produced to help the developer win support for the scheme in the planning permission process. Working closely with the architect and using hand-drawn plans as reference, we built a virtual 3D model of the apartment building. We added realistic materials to the model, elements of planting and realistic lighting and shadows. We composited an image of the model into a photograph of the existing building to create an accurate impression of the proposed scheme.
