We were asked to produce these images of a development of seaside apartments to help the developer gain planning permission for the proposed scheme. Working closely with the architects, we built a virtual model of the apartment building and added realistic surface materials and gardens. We used the model to produce a photomontage image to show the building in the context of its surroundings. The photomontage allowed planners to see what impact the new scheme had upon neighbouring buildings. The images were used as presentation materials in the planning permission process.
