These public development images were produced for a London based developer applying to develop part of Swansea city centre. We worked closely with the architects and urban designers to build up a detailed model of the proposed scheme. We added elements like trees, cars, people and street furniture to add realism to the model. Once the model of the development had been built up, we were able to produce several images of street scenes and aerial views that the developer could use as presentation materials. We also produced a flythrough animation and an edited video that could be used when presenting the idea to the planning officers.
