This project was for a client who was having a house built for his family and wished to use 3D visualisation as a design tool in planning the internal layout of his home.

Unable to visualise the architectural drawings in his head, he asked us to produce a 3D model and a walkthrough of the completed property.

As this walkthrough was for planning and design rather than for sales or marketing, the level of detail and realism is somewhat reduced, making this a cost-effective and very helpful solution for an individual home builder.
