We created these 3D floor-plan images for an estate agent who needed some marketing images to show potential buyers exactly how an apartment conversion would look once building work was complete.
The images were used to help generate interest and sell the apartments before the conversion was finished. We worked from a hand-drawn plan to build a virtual model of each floor and added furniture from our library according to our client’s specification.
