These 3D floorplans were produced for an estate agent in the UK who required some promotional materials to help sell this apartment off-plan. We worked from an architect’s floor plan to build a virtual model of the apartment. We used our extensive furniture library to add details to each room to create a “lived-in” feel. The final images were supplied as high resolution files, suitable for print, that the estate agent could use as marketing materials. The images help to show potential buyers exactly how the apartment will look once it is completed.
