We produced a brochure to promote these new apartments in Swansea bay that included 3D floorplans that show the layout of each apartment. Working from architect’s drawings, we built virtual models of each of the unique apartments. We furnished the models using furniture from our extensive model library to help potential buyers imagine what it could be like to live there. The brochure included written details of the apartment specifications as well as information about the location and surrounding area.
