This project was produced for a developer who was converting a Grade II listed barn complex into a contemporary five bedroom family home. Due to the complexity of the building, we were faced with the challenge of communicating the scheme as effectively as possible. We produced an interactive DVD that allowed potential buyers to either explore a specific area of the house or just sit back and watch a virtual tour of the entire home. In addition to the DVD we built an interactive website for the client. The website has exactly the same functionality as the DVD, allowing users to click on a map of the building to view a video of a specific part of the house. We worked directly from the garden designer’s drawings to create the fully landscaped gardens in every detail, right down to the specific species of trees and plants. The result is a highly functional interactive virtual tour that shows all of the features of this unique property in every detail.
