This project was produced for a UK developer who needed some marketing images and video to sell an apartment off-plan. We built a virtual model of the two storey apartment and furnished it using furniture from our model library. The developer supplied us with reference material so that we could match the furniture style and specification. Once the model was complete, we animated a virtual camera around the apartment to create a walk-through that gives viewers a virtual tour of the property. We also supplied our client with 3D floorplans that can be used to show potential buyers the layout of each floor.
