This project was produced for an overseas developer who was building a scheme of holiday apartments in the popular ski and golf resort of Bansko, Bulgaria.

The client required marketing materials that could be used to encourage potential buyers to buy off-plan, so it was crucial to create imagery that would capture buyer’s imaginations and present a vision that they could aspire to. The Regency Court development included 3 different apartment types, a reception/lobby area, a bar, an indoor pool area and also a spa complete with massage rooms, changing rooms and a gymnasium. We supplied the final animation as an interactive DVD that our client could distribute to potential buyers.
