This client asked us to produce an exterior fly-around of one of their barn conversion projects. In addition to the flyaround animation, we provided a set of static images showing the house from a variety of different viewpoints. Our work included modelling the surrounding landscaped gardens and a number of small out-buildings. We used photorealistic surface materials and lighting to create the images and animation. The result is a very accurate and detailed virtual tour that shows the development in a very positive light – a very powerful sales tool that our client was able to use to generate interest from potential buyers, long before the building work was completed..
