This project was produced for a residential developer to help sell new homes off-plan. We produced a fly-through animation, static images and 3D floor plans for our client.

The flythrough was supplied as a DVD that the developer could send to potential buyers. This DVD could then be re-issued each time this house type was used on a new site, as the flythrough is not 'site specific'.

The result is a comprehensive package of visual materials that have successfully enabled this developer to sell new homes off-plan.
