Looking to regenerate an old area of the city, this housing association came to us asking for assistance in promoting a vision of the future for Swansea City.
iCreate assisted interior designers, Taylors etc, in the creation of a set of realistic computer generated images of proposed bathroom concepts for well known car showrooms across the UK.
We were commissioned by this overseas developer to transform their existing set of 3D visuals into the vision that they had for their development.
These images were used by the client to present a new design concept for this popular London location.
We were asked by Swansea County Council to assist them with a large scale public development project to help to visualize how Swansea City Centre would look in the future.
We produced this project for a London-based developer looking to sell these very contemporary new homes in South Wales.
The client came to us with a unique vision that would regenerate and modernise an area of the city.
We produced CGIs and a flythrough DVD to be used as marketing materials for this development in Bangladesh, to present to investors and backers.
We produced a single photomontage image of this state-of -the-art commercial development to assist in the planning and design process and to help attract business.
