Accurate 3D Models
Using your architectural drawings, we’ll construct an accurate 3D virtual model of the development, including all architectural details, plus full landscaping and life-like materials.
We will provide a set of images from a range of different viewpoints, according to your requirements.
The 3D model can be amended cost-effectively if you need to make changes to the scheme, and we’re happy to show a variety of materials, colours and layouts for you to consider as part of the design process.
Photomontages
By merging the 3D model of a new building with a photograph of the existing ‘street scene’, we can show how the development will impact upon its surroundings, giving people the chance to compare the ‘before’ and ‘after’ scenarios.
Placing a proposed development in its actual context is a powerful visual tool for property developers, effectively helping to make the vision seem both tangible and achievable.
