Oaklands Place
This developer asked us to create visuals for a new site of prestigious homes in South Wales that would help them to sell the properties off-plan.
Coldwell Banker, 3D Floor Plans, US
We produced a set of 9 3D floor-plans for a client based in the US. The client needed images of their proposed apartments that they could use to explain the apartment layouts to potential buyers in an attractive way.
Holiday Homes in Montenegro
These images were produced for a London based developer to help sell these holiday apartments in Montenegro. We worked with architect’s plans to build a virtual model of the proposed buildings.

We were asked to help visualise a new concept in modular housing for a developer who needed some marketing materials to help sell his idea. Using plans, we built virtual models of the buildings that we could use to produce images and animation.

Hyde And Hyde: Sandbrook house
We produced this set of images to help gain planning permission for this contemporary new home in South Wales.
Dolphin Hotel
These images of a hotel roof extension were produced for a planning application to help communicate the proposed scheme.
Oyster Bay Apartments
We produced a brochure to promote these new apartments in Swansea bay that included 3D floorplans that show the layout of each apartment.

We produced these images for an architect to help visualize how a new development of apartments would look once built. The images were used as part of the planning application for the scheme.

This project was for a residential developer who was building apartments in Plymouth and needed help to get planning permission. We used the architect’s CADs to create a virtual 3D model of the building and its environment.
