We produced this Exterior Fly-around and Interior Walkthough DVD for our client's latest development of 81 new homes. This involved creating detailed and realistic 3D models of each house type, using the architectural drawings as reference, and then creating a site tour animation to enable potential buyers to get a clear understanding of the site, the house types and the key benefits. The interiors of two of the property types are featured on the DVD, with fully furnished interior walkthroughs.

In addition to the flythrough DVD, we also produced this 20-page sales brochure for the development. The brochure incorporates several realistic exterior and interior images to show the vision for the development and the design of each of the house types. We take care of the full package when it comes to marketing developments such as this, providing all the design work, copywriting, photography and artwork for advertising. These new homes are now selling well, and we'll keep you posted!
