3D Visuals to Assist Planning
These visuals were created to assist our client in their quest to gain planning consent for their development. They formed a part of larger package which also included photmontage images; thus giving them all the neccesary tools required to kickstart their development.
As part of the process, once planning consent is achieved, we will then revisit the 3D model - accentuating and embelishing the illustations so that the client can then emabrk on their off-plan marketing campaign and sell the properties before they are even built.
