Choosing once again to use iCreate, our client needed help in gaining planning consent when renovating this attractive London property. They also wanted images to assist in choosing the right architectural design concepts for the build.
We created a number of photomontage images which the client used to realise the perfect design before renovation began, and then use these selected images to show the planning committee what their intentions were. They subsequently received planning consent and now look forward to a successful renovation.
