Imagine the High Street looked like this... iCreate has been working with architects Holder Mathias to deliver a set of vibrant CGIs of the new Urban Village in Swansea. The scheme has just been awarded planning permission after negotiations which have been ongoing for the past 8 years, and the scheme promises a dramatic revitalisation of the High Street - currently in urgent need of regeneration. The 3D images show the diverse High Street facades, as well as the facades which open onto The Strand, plus a selection of views into the courtyard-style mixed-use development.
