3D Visualisation of the Exterior of New Developments
Using your architectural drawings, we construct an accurate and detailed 3D virtual model of the new development, complete with realistic surface materials and attractive landscaping. Any parking areas, pools, roads, gardens and seating areas can be incorporated into the model, while planting, people and transport add life to the scene, ensuring the virtual model provides a full impression of the completed site. We will output a selection of images of the virtual model from your chosen viewpoints, and supply the files at high resolution on disk or via email. Our exterior visualisations are accurate and reliable, perfect for use across all your sales materials.
Single Exterior Images
If you require just a single image of a development, we will construct a virtual model of only the parts of the development that are visible in that image. The cost of a single image therefore depends on the complexity of the scene shown in the image, ranging from a single house to a full cityscape.
A Complete Set of Exterior Images
If you require multiple images of the development exterior, it may be cost effective for us to create a virtual model of the whole development, enabling you to select images from as many different viewpoints as you require, including aerial ‘site plan’ views, without incurring extra cost on a ‘per image’ basis. This option also allows for the creation of fly-around animations using the same virtual 3D model.
